This is Josie Zhang, the director of sales at Shandong Tiantai Beer Equipment Co., Ltd. based in China.

Since 2016 that I joined in Tiantai beer equipment company as a sales of brewery equipment, I have received bulks of questions about the brewery equipment in my daily work. Those questions are mostly from our customers, who are the owners, the brewmasters, or the investors of the breweries worldwide. They are not only passionate about brewing beer, but also pursueing for brewing tasty beer with easy-to-go equipment.

So, with an original mind of helping our customers out of the problems, Here I'd like to start up my own blog and share the knowledges or the solutions related to the brewery equipment. Hopefully this could help you to better understand how to choose the brewery equipment, how the brewery equipment is made, how to install the brewery equipment and fittings, how to use the brewery equipment, and how to maintain or debug the brewery equipment, etc.
